Today I’m gonna go over some of my favorite income investments that I rely on for high dividend distributions. As I mentioned last week when it comes to investing for dividends there’s two different methods that need to be defined. The first type is known as dividend growth investing. This involves investing in stocks, ETF’s and other funds that offer lower dividend yields, but offer consistent share price growth and dividend increases over time. The second type of dividend investing is referred to as income investing. This strategy involves investing in stocks, ETFs and other securities that offer much higher yields but typically no growth in share price or distributions.
For these investors, most of the growth they’ll experience will be by reinvesting their dividend distributions back into buying more shares of their holdings. For this video we’re gonna be looking exclusively at income holdings. These are the investments that I own that I rely on for high distributions, and I don’t expect hardly any share price growth or dividend increases over time. If you’re interested in knowing what my current favorite high yield dividend growth stocks are I’ll leave a link to last weeks video in the description.

Dividends are what got me into investing in the stock market. The thing to me is, if you invest and have other income outside of dividends then you will be able to live off dividends without selling. Which means you can pass that on to your kids which will give them a leg up in life. Have over $600K in my portfolio as I bought a lot of dividend stocks before, I'm buying more now, and I will buy more when it drops further.

It's true that many people downplay the value of financial gurus until they experience emotional pain. After a protracted divorce, I can still clearly remember needing encouragement to keep my business afloat. The thing with the $160,000 and then he made 4 times his money. You what to learn to make money? Remember also you got to pay taxes on the dividends. I would tell you to always look up the investments you are interested in. Usually penny stocks are the way to go, to make THE money. Like for instant I will too be making 700% interest on my money. For one month and the rest of the year I'll be putting the money in another penny stock at 300% interest. Remember be careful with penny stocks. You can make money easily but you can also lose money easily. Sometimes lose everything. As a new investor I would advise you to stay with 10% or 20% interest. If you invest look at how much the company is making and then how much they are spending. That would help you out. For taxes. If you have any investment that lost money. Sell it for little over a month and if you buy it back wait until that time is up. That way you can use it for your taxes. Also stay away from limited liability stocks unless you are going to make over $350. That's how much it's going to cost your tax lady to file the paperwork for that stock. Just to let you know. You might like this one stock. It's one of the smaller ones for me but not the smallest. BIT0 But always if somebody says to invest in something. ALWAYS! ALWAYS! DO YOUR HOMEWORK. You are here to make money. And what you said earlier about the market being bad. It's a lie. Last year was a bad year. Not to much now. Look at how much our money traded off from last year to this year. You will see your answer. Anyways Be Careful. Learn what you can on u-tube. It's a great tool to learn and grow. Have a good day.

PDI has a negative EPS. PCEF has a high expense ratio. O's yield is being eaten by inflation. GNL I cannot give you a very light suggestion on because it hides its EPS before market opening. It does, however, carry a lot of liability. DLR is a trust and the yield is being eaten by inflation.

It is not a bad stock, BUT it pays quarterly. Should something happen, you are going to know about probably within the months before its ex dividend. I hate stocks that have a large window of time to pay dividends. This means they could easily not offer one like a week before they exdividend and you spent like 2 months invested in it.

It is a trust and the dividend fluctuates. It also pays quarterly and if it wanted to drop its dividend, it probably could do it on the month it ex dividends. See comment Im referring to here 'Like all income funds, CC ETFs are intended for when you are currently retired, shortly to retire, or are looking to FIRE in 2-5 years. DRIP should barely be activated for any income fund and particularly CC ETFs. If you are in your accumulation time, pursue index funds like SCHD, SPLG/VOO, IWV, and QQQ. I would think the best type of investments would be ETFs, BUT they can also delist. The worst thing for an investors, well, two things, the ETF delists and while it is getting ready to delist, it just loses value. I think if I would retire right now, I would probably put like 75% of my $ in high yield savings accounts because the principal is never lost even though yield may be, rather than, in an ETF where the principal and yield can be subject to change. It is a very tricky question.
