You can't go wrong with any of these meals, Mr Paul. Love pork fillet. Usually with mash, veg, and mushroom or pepper sauce. Got the all clear on several things at the hospital 👍 so am looking forward to getting some stuff ready for Easter

Hi mr Paul i use flake for my fish and chips here in Qeensland which is baby shark cut into 2inch strips and fryed in batter its a firm fish and tastes great uk expat of thirty years love your channel i still cook all my late mums recipes from sixty years ago

I buy almost all my fish in Consum now, I've built up a very good relationship with them and they have much more variety of products than anyone else.

did you freeze your pie uncooked and did you have to defrozed frist befor cooking

You can freeze them cooked or raw. If you freeze them cooked wrap well in plastic wrap making sure there is little or no air trapped. To use, thaw in the fridge overnight DO NOT remove the plastic wrap. So when any condensation forms it will be on the outside of the plastic and not on the pastry, making it soggy. If you freeze raw, defrost just the same the bake off as normal. I hope this helps.

It could be your batter is too thick, the oven is not hot enough or your fat is not hot enough before adding the batter.
