Sarah... look into the VA Loans - You served the country, get something back for it. If you're building a barndominium on land you will be able to write the mortgage off as a tax deduction because you'll be working out of the property. This will also help in balancing out the financial portion. You would probably want to sell your current home to prevent conflict with tax write offs on the new property. I hope this little bit of info helps.

Probably much easier to get a VA loan than a normal bank mortgage (imagine the loan officer at a bank saying, "Your job is what, now?") -- but you still have to meet the payments. And while the loan might not be greatly more than your current shop+apartment rents, there would be the construction period when you would be paying for both, before you could move.

You should be your own boss and do what you feel needs to be done - you are not a robot! If you wanna do videos on Mr Dos, Gump or any of the other cars, then by all mean do that - I for one enjoy every type of content you do just as much. As to which car of the two mentioned I want to see more content, I say pick the one you got most new parts for - it will be a great watch either way.
