Any idea how to improve mind muscle connection / weakness in muscles connected to LS disc herniation? I've had it long time now. I feel my left side of the body (leg and abs) are effected by this problem.

Tell you what.. I had a bad wreck a few days ago and I've totally forgot about my lower back pain. My mind has shifted to the pain of bruising in other areas. I know I still have to exercise correctly for my lower back but I realize at least some of my lower back pain is probably psychosomatic.

I actually did the Cat - Cow exercise and 4 core exercises each day for 3 weeks. My back and scyatic pain felt the best in years. But after 3 weeks i had a day i did a bit to much of things and now my back and scyatic pain is really bad. What should i do?
