Got these in my home studio/entertainment room. Honestly can’t beat the value fluid brings to the table here. The software is a little jank but it’s a small sacrifice for onboard DSP and latency free room correction. As flat as these monitors are spectrally, they shine in their dynamics. It’s a breeze to dial in compression with these. Stereo imaging is fantastic. If setup correctly you really get some nice 3d things happening. Fun but not deceiving. I’m a super happy customer, fluid has proven that they care and it’s clear that they strive to deliver 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re here Fluid, love y’all!

Thanks for the video mate. Just for clarification. Wattage has got very little to do with how loud a driver can sound. It's about driver sensitivity. The more sensitive a driver is, the louder it will play, so a sensitive speaker getting fed 25 watt, can actually be much louder than a less sensitive speaker getting 4 times the juice.. 😊

HI! Can you hear a slight hiss from the tweeter of A8H? I do hear it from 5 or even 7 feet slightly with mine, it"s like a white noise, and level of hiss arises with rising volume control at the back, and drops with lower volume. Nothing connected to speaker. Could you be so kind to check, does your pair hisses to?

I’ve personally listened to Barefoot’s entire studio monitor line as well as Fluid Audio’s monitors. I agree with @makepopmusic The Barefoot monitors kick out a lot of low end but there’s no true clarity or space. The Fluid Image 2’s actually give you a good stereo field with a lot of low end without compromising on clarity. Long story short, if it sounds good it is good. Fluid Audio gives Barefoot a serious run for their money.

These have a more extended low and top end while the neumanns have a more open midrange. Different speakers with TOTALLY different sounds. If you do a lot of pop, hip hop, or EDM I'd say try these. If you do more acoustic, jazz, rock, soul, etc try the Neumanns!

I have the A8H’s with the 12” sub system. I used the room correction software as well and this is my opinion and experience on speaker selection. It 100% depends on what you’re working on, your ears, and heavily depends on your room. My studio is treated well, and when listening to different monitors when I was upgrading, what I heard in the showroom and what it sounded like in my space was night and day. Focal sounded pretty good, Neumann was great, and for the budget I had I only had so much to spend before hitting the next tier of speaker (which obviously sounded even better). I thought the Adam’s were the best choice to me when hearing them in the showroom, but when I got them home and set them up with the correction added, it was like a completely different speaker than what I heard at the showroom. In a good way. So, although some people don’t like Adam’s (and they do have a specific sound, ribbons are slightly unusual compared to dome tweeters) personally unless you actually hear them in your space and room you sit in, it’s difficult to assess what you will actually like. Also, burn in is real and makes a big difference. I like them, and who knows, when it’s that time again to change and upgrade in the future, perhaps I’ll go with another brand at that time.
