INGREDIENTS AND METHOD
Red Lentil Patties
Red Lentil (1 1/2 cups or 285 g)
Rinsed, Soaked and Drained (Soak in water for 2-3 hours)
Add red lentil in a food processor
along with...
Chopped Onion (1 medium)
Chopped Carrot (1 medium)
Chopped Garlic (2-3 cloves)
Pulse until all the ingredients are well combined
Take out the processed batter into a bowl

Fully Cooked Rice (1 cup) optional

Chopped Green Coriander (1/2 cup)
Salt (1 tsp or to taste)
Red Chilli Flakes (1/2 tsp or to taste)
Black Pepper (1/2 tsp or to taste)
Combine well
Put a pan over a medium heat

Scoop out 1/4 cup of the mixture at a time
Shape into Patties
Cook patties in a medium hot oil for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden and crispy
Prepare all the patties in the same way
Makes 16-18 Patties
