Tom Childs has worked his way up to become the new head chef of Kerridge's Bar & Grill. The restaurant focuses on modern British food with dishes like the Barnsley chop with sauce reform featured in this video. The restaurant also keeps some of the Tom Kerridge classics from the two-Michelin star Hand and Flowers in Marlow. Other things like the rotisserie and meat wall also make the restaurant stand out in the competitive London restaurant scene.

Yeah, the rotisserie does seem a bit gimmicky. Could achieve quicker and better results cooking over proper coals. Food does look really good though.

@@tizmond It's reverse searing. It's by far the best technique for steaks, both for flavour and texture.
