It's funny the collective shared rage around people keeping Arthur as a bad guy. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the poetics of the good ending (high, no money), but even the 'bad ending' where you don't go back for the money is still pretty good. I do find myself UNREASONABLY annoyed (and confused, for that matter) by the people who think the animal in the low honor ending is a wolf though. It's supposed to be a coyote, not a wolf. There is a MAJOR difference in the symbolism between the two. It's visibly not built stocky enough for a wolf, and doesn't have the bearing for it.
