This is an amazing concentration of information I haven't seen on Internet for a while. Thank you. I'll attempt to give something back in return, which Dave mentioned he needed the most now - how to get rid of stress. There's a mushroom called Amanita in latin. A whole class in fact, but you need to find the one with red top and white spots. It has muscimol as an active ingridient. Its been used for hundreds of years in Russia for many reasons, mostly by shamans of course. Around 100 years ago it was prohibited to use (people been told its a poison), and now its been rediscovered again, literally just a few years ago sales took off like a rocket, its a top harvested mushroom in the wild in Russia, along with lion's mane they're top sellers. Amanita microdosing should do the job with stress (I've tried it, it works), but its also known for its ability to take you for trip, if taken too much. Probably similar to ayawaska in terms of danger. Hope that helps =)

I know what you’re talking about Dave. I had a Chronic long term illness for twenty years. I relate totally to the walking through mud too. I live in Australia and we don’t really have any “Functional Doctors” here. I remember asking a Doctor t9 test my hormone levels years ago. She did it and showed me the results but didn’t explain whether I was low in any etc. I don’t even think she knew much about it. Anyway, I’ll definitely look into your Upgrade Labs and bet you they aren’t here in Australia!

Problem is when I wake up my stomach is completely flat and my ribs stick out 3 in c h e s that is until I have one cup of coffee and then I look like I'm going to deliver a baby. The following day you will have 'sole', the water will be saturated with minerals. Add a teaspoon of the water - not the salt- to a glass of water. I do this every morning. I'm 60 and very healthy. this guy is very focused on the time of day to eat calories.. OK but he's not mentioning that the time on the clock is NOT the same as the actual "the time of day." The correct time of day is based off of when the sun is directly facing you from the South. THAT is 12 noon. but he lives in ATX where very frequently the Sun does not face you from the south until about 1:45 pm. so he thinks he's eating his calorie peak at 2pm but (if he's in Austin TX) he's really eating his peak calories at 12:15 and he would have to wait until 3:45pm for it to be 2pm on the clock in Austin TX. just saying. if ur gonna pay this much attention to something at least get your timing right.

@binathere2574
@binathere2574 Жыл бұрын
You need to check B12 with an Active B12 which tests how much B12 is in your cells. The serum test is not accurate and you can still have symptoms even if your serum test is high. Treat the patient not the numbers. Same goes for iron tests.
@druelleb9620
@druelleb9620 Жыл бұрын
@@binathere2574 I've worked with naturopaths for years, I trust they would know how to test properly. I have 3 coworkers that need B12 shots so theirs are clearly low, I believe mine is fine. I don't have any symptoms of low B12, my energy levels are always high and the only time I feel fatigued is when I have to go to the office 😂Canada is sticky on the types of tests they'll allow us to do. They even flat out refuse to do an allergy test on me and won't test for D levels.

Whatever thing you said are various sensual experiences of no importance which may sound hype up. To make it in simple explanation, the only important thing in higher spiritual cultivation is to gather purity and clearing all our spiritual defilement (karmic obstacles). To cultivate longevity, you have to look past the human realm (80 or lesser than 100 years) to the spiritual realm (their life span are infinite).

😬 a few minutes ago I saw a video that looked similar to this one and took me quite a while to find out where KZbin now hides the description so one is not able to find it. So I was looking for the person who was being interviewed discussing water. So as always I am multitasking doing a few things with three different devices and I thought well maybe since this person sounds so interesting I will be adding him on my social media channels for other people that I manage so they can get some of this great information. So I clicked on the link in that other video which brought me to this one and I decided I'm not going to be following him or purchasing those books on Amazon because he just said that he eats at least six times a day for energy. And I lost all my interest in following this author/scientist. 🙄 I am a firm believer and have been for 40 years in autophagy so I eat six meals a week at most. So now I have to unsubscribe to your Channel damn.
