Hi! Is it possible that you don't have many followers yet? I did test this on a new account with 0 followers. When I followed the account, I wasn't showing up in the labels, only after a day. Try some other labels like followers or subs this session. If those show '0' instead of an empty black box, it just means you have to get some followers. Good luck!

@10:03 You're providing resolution suggestions. You say you should use the largest for base and 1280x720 for the output. My base is 5120x1440 (I run my game a t 4992 x 1404 x 60 fps @ 144Mhz). The output scale doesn't include the 1280x720 you suggest. I see 2560x720 as the only 720 option. What should I do?
@TheVideoNerd5 жыл бұрын
You should select a normal aspect ratio resolution as your base resolution and then choose 1280x720 as your canvas. When you add your game capture you either scale it till top and bottom are aligned but you'll cut off left and right because your recording is so wide, or your other option is to play your game at 2560x1440 and not use widescreen. That's probably the best option.

Awesome video bro! I have some questions though.. Could you tell us more about what kind of mic is good or the one you are using? What happens if you want to stream at 4K you know how much the bit rate should be? Can you stream at 4K but have a lower bit rate in order for people able to watch your stream?
@TheVideoNerd5 жыл бұрын
People are not streaming in 4k. If you want high Quality you should go for 1080p 60fps and 6000 bitrate
@kealz3185 жыл бұрын
@@TheVideoNerd Wow thank you! This is the fastest reply I ever got in my life! 1080p 60fps sounds good but what about the viewers is 6000 bitrate not high? I mean can it also be 3500 or 4500 bitrate I want most people able to watch it. Even in 2019 the average people still have slow internet speed some have over 100mb/s+

@@kealz318 Haha I got a notification on my phone! Well I once saw a study that showed that almost no one has an internet speed that's too low to watch 5000 or 6000 bitrate but to be absolutely sure you can, indeed, use between 3500 and 4500 but I'd consider going 720p 60fps then :) You can test out what works best at those bitrates.

What does the Look-ahead do on streaming section?
@Ismailion5 жыл бұрын
What do u do when you play on Asus Ultra wide screen and it stretch the screen to streaming ?
@TheVideoNerd5 жыл бұрын
@@Ismailion You can either change your game resolution to 16:9 or game in widescreen and position the game capture in slobs for example on top of your screen and add your webcam/socials/chat on the bottom or the 3rd option is adding your 21:9 game capture in slobs and making it bigger so it fills the whole screen and the edges left and right are off-screen. The last option might work for some games but I wouldn't do that in most cases.
@TheVideoNerd5 жыл бұрын
In most cases you should disable look-ahead when playing fast-moving games. I wish cards were still available so I could add that to the video. Basically you can enable it and if your gpu is having problems you can disable it but it will slightly reduce your quality. What it does is controlling the amount of B-frames used between 0 and the max you setup (so 2). B-frames increase your quality. The problem with fast-moving scenes is that the look-ahead function, which changes the amount of B-frames used, has to change that amount too often because so many different type of frames are being shown in a fast-moving scene. That's why it's better in more static scenes like board games etc. Hope this helps!

Hi thank you so much for the tips! It really helped me a lot! I have a question if I have a upload mps: 1.48 (I know it sucks 😂) is 500 bitrate os fine for streaming? And also it has happened that mi stream ends and says that there is a error: 2000 do you know how I can fix it? Thank youuuu

That's a really slow upload speed :/ You can try to use 500 or 1000 and stream in a very low resolution but you won't be able to make it look good. As for the error, I've never heard of that. Maybe it has something to do with your low bandwidth? Thanks for watching!
