Honestly... You two are so much fun. I started watching Laura in the Kitchen and watched every episode whether I wanted to make the recipe or not. I made a few and really loved the stuffed jalapenos, I even ate one that I Ieft on top of the stove....overnight !!! Don't judge... Lol. I had a workout back injury this past summer. Put me out of working out for about a month. I slowly started back with yoga and then ice and heat. Also, I used my yoga mat as a foam roller and it worked wonders. Hope you feel better soon! :) -Manda

Laura, my husband turned me on to this, we signed up for a subscription service called dollar shave club. They send you a razor and a pack of replacement blades of 4 for the price that you choose. There is a basic blades pack for $1/month, the pricier ones have more blades in them and are more comfortable to shave with. Mine offers 5 blades I believe, for $9/month. This definitely beats paying $20 for the replacement blades and I can't tell the different, they're equally as good as the brand names. Hope this helps :) I dread spending money to buy razors too.

I have sciatic back pain and it is so awful. Way worse than chidbirth. I was in the hospital on thanksgiving because of it and it was paralyzing my legs. I hope you feel better. Try alternating heat and ice. Heat really helped my back

if the little tip of the avocado comes off easily..that means it is ripe..I store mine in brown paper sacks to ripen( a day or two if they are hard) if they are too hard..
