I'm not too shocked that they didn't know a demon name other than Lucifer, but Lucifer was actually his angel name not the name he took after the fall from heaven. It's like when people say Beelzebub as a separate entity. Bilial was a general in the demon army and that would have been a better choice than Damien. Most biblical demon names are mentioned in the bible about the end of days and it's kind of meh if you ask me. I mean it got you to remember the characters name... not much else.

You are not alone. I found the DVD on Amazon for $4.00 and oh yeah I ordered it and my brother and a few friends ordered it too. These movies are perfect when that guest from hell visits and you want to torture them while appearing to be nice and welcoming. I have a shelf of Possum Picks for my special guests. My big fat ex Marine Corps brother asks me why don't I just ask them to leave. The answer is simple. It's more fun torturing unwanted visitors with my growing collection of Pure-D Possum Picks. Besides some of my weird visitors actually ended up loving these horrible movies and I found new if very weird friends with no taste!

This film epitomises the 2000's very well. Every guy with a tribal tattoo, muscles and a perfect hairstyle (not necessarily in that exact combination) instantly thought they were celebrity material. The intro of the movie is 100% from a movie they probably shot parts of but then abandoned/scrapped after filming started, because the fact it's a post-nuclear apocalypse movie and yet New York City is both completely intact and had a fully functional NYPD (that and the streets seem completely clean) does not gel at all with Los Angeles being on fire and run by gangs. Unless they're unironically just doing the Futurama joke.

I prefer to think of it as each individual henchman having the worst day of their respective lives. One guy got killed, revived, killed again, revived again (his ultra realistic spy wig with woven with Kevlar he donned this time [cost $10.5 million in taxpayer money to develop, being totally indistinguishable from real hair and all] did NOT help), then got fucking killed again. Other guy got beat to shit, dusted himself off, ran to where he was needed (he's a team player), then got beat to shit again. Regained consciousness, dragged himself to his feet, and got friggin' leathered again for his trouble. I think this story is much better as the tale of two indomitable henchmen henching for their underdog crime boss. (He's an underdog because he's one of those idiots that blinded themselves trying to tattoo their eyes). They hench harder than anyone else could possibly hench.

Was the gang hideout scenes filmed on the set of the Ingen Compound from Jurassic Park 2 Lost World?! I noticed around 24:42 into the video, when the main characters start attacking the gang hideout, there's a couple shots you can see a pair of doors at the top of some stairs. I looked up some images of the compound from The Lost World (the building Vince Vaughn radios the rescue helicopter), and the doors are identical. I even saw another shot showing what looked like fossils embedded in the concrete wall.
