i really like the blower style because you dont have temps problems in your case. my 3070ti spread 80° in my case.Im getting that why 15°C-20° higher temps on my Ram and CPU. A blower style blow it back/outside the case/pc. If you have a good silent Case you will never hear it. my 1080ti FE getting on 60% fanspeed 70° on 100% use and its only 40db (card is outside on workingstation, inside a case under 30db. Btw. my 3070ti is louder 40db+.

I hope Chinese will sell their 4090s for a reasonable price when they become obsolete for AI development.

They will, but for Chinese people obviously

@@Noname-km3zxIf it will help fulfill global demand for GPUs, it can still be beneficial for people in other countries.

Nvidia has always ben pro server stuff that just happens to be good for gaming in a lot of cases. AMD has been more Gamer driven or the longest time with opensource features at more affordable prices. Though this will come into play for them as they become more mainstream.

That's precisely the reason why GCN worked hell a lot of better in compute than gaming, also why they retrofitted insticnt cards with display outputs to create Vega64 and 56, also the reason why Intel does RT far, far better than them. Nvidia has gotten greedy as all companies will under right circumstances. AMD is not your friend. AMD is here to take your money and the moment they got the upper hand you will see them act like Nvidia. You may say "oh they make better cpus than Intel but they haven't started forcing new chipsets and sockets with each cpu generation" and that's a valid response. The reason is simple though: they haven't gotten the market share that would make them comfortable in wantonly milking their customers like Intel and Nvidia. They are the underdog, which is still a dog. Nvidia is at least 5 years ahead of them. You will see Nvidia asking even more for each new generation while and precisely because AMD will be miserably failing. Do you remember 3dfx? Matrox?
