Human rights. They warn you.. They detain you They place you into a catagory such as a person.. a citizen ...a home owner a driver. And so on. Which brings you into their corporation..and statutory law.. Human right..is you already have liberty..

Awhile back there was a Black Comcast employee who was out on a service call at a customer's house who had the cops called on him. He was in his Comcast polo with his Comcast van. MrJuicekrew I mean I get your response but several Caucasian performers do the exact same thing but if people of their complexion do the same things blacks do to get unjustly punished, no one bats an eye and accuses them of injustices. So I would have to disagree. I suppose some of our music performers aren't necessarily helping our image(though there are a plethora of equivalents in other racial groups), it does not even remotely justify nor explain the reasoning behind the nonsense. Thank you for your input though.

MrJuicekrew Not all Black people are like that. You get offended when Black people lump all White People together,and yet you do it to us. You are quite the hypocrite. There have been Black people in the past and now who have been and are fighting for us. I had that happen to me once. I was working at Burger King back in '99 and we were closing. It was just me and the manager. While she was doing the end of shift money count, I went outside to smoke a cigarette. I could've left but normally I wait around til she finishes the count because she a woman and I didn't wanna leave her there alone. So, I finished smoking and was about to walk inside to check and see if she was almost finished, 2 cops roll up in the parking lot and a white lady that was parked by dollar tree behind the store jumps out her car and says, "THAT'S HIM, RIGHT THERE!!" So the cops called me over and asked was I trying to break in the store, WITH THIS FUCKIN BK UNIFORM ON!! I'm like, really? I had to call the manager out the store to confirm that I actually worked there because they didn't believe me!! Again, I'm in full uniform, nametag and all. I still got frisked and my name ran. Smfh..

Again, I have the hat, shirt, and greasy ass slacks on and still was questioned..
@sorrytoobother6 жыл бұрын
Soul Dezyur 2 reasons why that didn't happen... 1, I was only 17 at that time so I didn't know any better.. 2, That shit is normal where I'm from! (New Orleans to be exact) It has calmed down a bunch since the 90's but back then, cops would roll up, slam your ass against the car and make you take all your shoes and shit off! What's worst, it was black cops treating black people like trash! The white cops would have a lil compassion..
@sorrytoobother6 жыл бұрын
Bernett Dews I didn't know any better then. I was only 17 at the time. But like I said, that was the norm around my way. We were taught not to go in certain "White" neighborhoods by our parents in fear of being shot at. I stayed by this subdivision named Lakeview. The highway separated the black neighborhood from it. There was a store that we'd go to that would take you about 5mins on a bike. Because we weren't "Allowed" to go through that part of the neighborhood because the white people would either shoot, let a big ass German Shepherd loose or call the cops, we had to go all the way around that area just to get to the store. Smh..

Being met and stalled at the door by a family member or the caller and getting asked "what are YOU doing here" after CLEARLY been sized up happened a lot in Millcreek. This was before Erie FD initiated that weak attempt at having affirmative action to get more blacks in the service. This was back in the early 2000s. I just came across this video and being its 12 years after I fought my last fire Im not surprised its still going on. I was a sales manager for years in GA for a big landscaping company. During the summer we would inspect our customers Trees and shrubs, my staff that were black would get calls all the time, and the ended up deciding to wear Technician uniforms and us white employees never had the same issues. Also, to protect them I had to be careful what areas I sent them to make sure they didn’t end up in a dangerous situation, I could not put a policy like that in writing or even discuss it, but it’s a mean cruel world we live in and the areas I would send them were safer and actually would buy more too because it was more educated wealthier areas. I got promoted and left that branch but I stayed back 2 weeks cause I wanted to see that I trained the new manager personally because imo their lives would be in danger if sent to the wrong areas.

They told me if I ever hire a black person from then on I have to get permission and the owner was Korean. I quit and moved back to GA. I never seen it coming. The Midwest seemed more openly racist in my experience. A lot more crazy details about it but I don’t want to write a book. Those guys actually stayed there for a long time. There were great hires, leagues better than what was there. I was in cultural shock, but it gave me a real glimpse at systemic racism in businesses

id say fine them. one warning the first time, a 100 buck fine the second, and a 700 fine for the third time, and put their number on a list of people who have harrashed people by falsely reporting them to the police. dont ban em from 911, but make it so the operator who gets the call knows that that person has a history of falsely reporting people so that if they are calling just because they are 'suspicious' that they are most likely just using the police to harrash someone, and that in that case they should be ignored. repeated offenses should go up in severity, ether as a heafy fine that is more than 1000 bucks, community service up to 3 months, or jail time for up to a month. make it a three strike system, the first is giving them the benefit of the doubt, the second is a slap on the wrist with a firm warning of "hey seriously, stop giving us false reports or else you will get in trouble the next time" and the third is a large fine as well as being put on a list so they know they wont get police to come out just on their suspisions, but if they still need 911 for an actual emergency (like if someone was hurt or smthng) they still have it. and if they keep on doing it for a 4th time they get an extremely heafty fine that could be a whole paycheck, maybe 1 and a half if they are making minimum wage, or they could get community service or a brief jail time. i dont think it should be very long, just enough so they get properly punished and deterred from it.

Should go to jail for the amount of years that the guy would go to jail for. She will also have to be a registered sex offered. It makes America looks really backwards and totally nuts tbh. I have to keep reminding myself most Americans aren't racist morons, but those that are drag you all down with them. It must be such an embarrassment to nice, normal, decent Americans. It's ironic as well because so many Americans bang on about being the 'land of the free'. Yet black people get the police called on them for doing their job, taking birthday photos of their own baby in a public place, going into their own apartment, babysitting a friend's white kids etc etc. Basically for being black. *That's not freedom.* People need to learn to mind their own business over petty things, use their common sense and treat people with a bit more respect, it's become ridiculous. There should be some sort of punishment to deter the idiots who do it, they're wasting valuable police resources on a load of nonsense. As well as victimising innocent people.

When i worked with my white partner we would NEVER have problems gaining access to the backyard of properties where the fuses were but when i would be by myself or with a black partner the whole neighborhood would be up in arms following me around demanding to speak to my supervisor and threatening to call the police even though i was in an obvious town vehicle. I would just tell the people " listen im not going to beg you to get into your yard to fix your street lights" and just call my supervisor and tell him that im not gonna deal with this bullshit and he would tell me to bring the truck back. I would still get paid for the day and that street light outage would be put way back on the bottom of the list again. It made for an easy day. Now that i look back i realize just how disgusting that situation really was.

Same goes for black folks am I to believe that all black men are unemployed thugs with 4 baby mama's & that all black women smoke all day waiting to go to the club to find another man to have another baby with while you already have 5 kids with 4 baby daddy's, the answer is NO, because I have so many successful friends who are black not to mention my two brothers n my father who are also black. I am a white man who was adopted by a wonderful black man & woman who have been my parents for the last 35 years. Beauty may be your name but you are seriously ugly on the inside not to mention extremely ignorant. Seriously lady what reasonably thinking person thinks a whole race of people are the same. More than likely you just wanted a bunch of likes for your little comment n yes you got a few from some simple like minded folk like yourself but was it really worth it cuz it seems like all you did was out yourself as a racist & yes lady you are a racist. White people aren't the only people in the world who are racist. Black, mexican, asian, & white folk all have racists among them but they also have some very beautiful people among them also who would literally do anything for someone of another race if they needed it. I could go on but please understand that you don't need to be this way & then you just might end up beautiful on the inside as well. Thank you

When people make unjustified bogus phone calls to police, they should be fined a substantial amount. I teach blind students and was visiting one of my little students at his home, when I was approached by a suspicious neighbor because I was sitting in my car completing paperwork on my student. I calmly and politely explained that I was a teacher and pointed to the house where my student lived. The guy did not believe me and became indignant. I was wearing a school district issued badge, but he was too busy looking at my skin color to see it. He finally backed off when I held up my badge so that he could see it and said, "Do you NOT see my badge?" I consider myself lucky that he believed me and did not call the police. I have a co-worker who had the police called on him while he was doing his job as a campus security officer after school. Five officers showed up to the school with their guns drawn. My co-worker was wearing his uniform and identification. In spite of this, the cops still did not believe that he was a school employee.
