Hey coach Thib,i just want to say that youre one of my main helps regarding of programming and training methods. Currently i'm using a singles only training aproach that you showed on T-nation on 2013,its work to a heavy single,then do 3*1@95%/92.5%/90% and a volume/density block of amrap @80% during 8mins. Just wanted to say thanks for the content that you put out coach

just listened to Fouad Abiad podcast with you and currently I’m trying to build my program rn and the more I listen the more I realize why my 1st test week has felt kinda crap and why heavy or hard exercises I feel good thank you I do suffer from overtraining hence me trying to make this program to prevent it and it does feel good on my recovery side to do this but I felt like I’m going backwards so I’m going to try harder exercises variations sorry for being 2-3 years behind
