Hey coach Thib,i just want to say that youre one of my main helps regarding of programming and training methods. Currently i'm using a singles only training aproach that you showed on T-nation on 2013,its work to a heavy single,then do 3*1@95%/92.5%/90% and a volume/density block of amrap @80% during 8mins. just listened to Fouad Abiad podcast with you and currently I’m trying to build my program rn and the more I listen the more I realize why my 1st test week has felt kinda crap and why heavy or hard exercises I feel good thank you I do suffer from overtraining hence me trying to make this program to prevent it and it does feel good on my recovery side to do this but I felt like I’m going backwards so I’m going to try harder exercises variations sorry for being 2-3 years behind
