The 11th circuit ruled against him last night as well, thus the DOJ’s 100 documents were separated out and they can continue their investigation. That decision was unanimous. Further the attorney general referred his case to the IRS and southern district of New York for prosecution as well. Bottom line it’s a really bad day for the former guy..

I am a former banker. Loan applicants try to overvalue their real estate to obtain larger loans. But banks and trust companies know this and do due diligence using their own appraisers. It is unimaginable to me that the banks failed to do their due diligence given the large loans involved. Something strange going on here.
