My problem is perfection. I am making an animation channel - target people are the Real Life Animated Horror. But while I am making my animations, I am going overboard. Meaning I am creating Disney Type Animation, whereas my target is perfectly content with South Park Style Animation - even below. I am making animated mouth movements, when my target audience is OK with voice overs. I gotta meet their expectations, maybe a little beyond, but not give them something they won't appreciate. That's research.

Sean this might be the best KZbin advice I've seen in my short journey that started on 4-1-2023 and I would HAVE PAID GOOD MONEY FOR THIS RIGHT HERE! I finally figured out what Sean is saying the HARD WAY with a lot of emotional undue stress! I know I'm new, but if you are newer than me on KZbin stop looking for advice and use this formula! Damn Sean released a true KZbin secret that takes most people years to learn. The only advice I have is that the TITLE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT BY FAR hands down! ❤

I don't believe that for one Second. Sure, don't use a bad title but there are so many different things that go into being a successful Channel or not. You can have 2 channels with the Exact same Title/Content but they will get totally different Views.

The title ONLY becomes relevant IF you have a solid video. KZbin parses the spoken content and MOSTLY uses that to classify the video. The tile only becomes important IF you got that content right and YT actually pushes your video out to viewers.

This was the easiest video to listen to by a lot, because with guests you keep saying ThinkMediaPodcast ThinkMediaPodcast ThinkMediaPodcast, and you sound like a self promoter more than offering value. It's annoying, extremely. How many times have you heard Rogan EVER in his life during a podcast say "The Joe Rogan Podcast" even in his first 5 years. Never. Just a tip and I hope it helps. I stopped listening to a few videos in the past because of this, but after this video I'm subscribed, but please don't make me feel like I'm listening to an infomercial. Thanks. ❤

After watching hundreds of videos, the last months I finally uploaded my first video. it took me forever to start, but the hardest part is over. now it's time to be consistent, but I already prepared 7 videos so my first month is covered and I got enough time to work on the next ones. the first videos didn't really get any views, but i know that would happen. difficult to find a lot of information's on my travel and nature style of videos. trying out something different, let's see how it goes over the next months and years. hopefully a few people out there going to enjoy my videos. at least I love doing it so far. all the best for everyone who's totally new here as well and merry Xmas to all of u. cheers

I an no expert but I do know that Nature and Travel already has a ton of folks doing it. I just quickly watched your 2 videos. IMO, the first one has NO Hook for the audience. So unless you has a ton of subscribers already, not at all shocked about how it has done. Plus look at the number impressions KZbin has allotted it. If not many, well if nobody sees it, nobody can even care or not. Your second video has far more to it and thus if KZbin actually allotted it impression, no reason if would not do FAR better. But they get to pick who they turn the Tap on for and who that turn if off.
