Yes, it was a beautiful spot that we had never been before and the light was magical! Italy is beautiful as well, we'd love to make some videos there!

Do you feel that visualizations during Qigong practice is important? Thanks!
@ThinkVitalityQiGong6 жыл бұрын
Yes, absolutely! Without visualization Qigong is a light exercise (which is still good for you). With intention and visualization it becomes a practice for healing, growth, and recovery. Great question!

Hi, I am a beginner in qigong and only doing lifting the sky and only been practicing for a week. I am feeling this kind of tingling sensation in my palm especially in fingertips and I am wondering if it is qi I am feeling or its just because there is less blood flowing there because its similar feeling when I sleep in my hand. Any answer is appreciated.

It is difficult to know for sure without seeing you. It could be your qi circulating if it feels warm and tingling. This is generally a very nice feeling, similar to the way you feel after a good workout. It could also be poor circulation because of posture and circulation through the neck. This is very common when a person begins practicing Qigong but it will get better in time. As long as nothing hurts, you should be fine to practice!

Hi Jeff, Thank you for these great videos! Do you also practice yoga? I often would like to practice both but I don’t really know how someone could do both. Nobody has all day. Lol. Seems integrating tai chi, yoga and a qigong practice would be very time consuming. What works for you?
@ThinkVitalityQiGong6 жыл бұрын
Great question! Yes, I do practice some yoga, as well as Tai Chi, jogging, other sports, and resistance training. Everything has its strengths. In my opinion, I feel that we should practice different activities based on what you need. Many, but not all, forms of yoga are great for increasing core strength and flexibility. Resistance training and working out is the best thing to strengthen muscles. And qigong is great to help calm the Mind, circulate the qi, and enter into that flow state. It really helps us settle down from all the stress that we are often exposed to. Personally I enjoy doing some intense exercise first, then practicing Qigong immediately afterwards. What do you think works for you?
