It is a very nice looking homage to the bikes of the 60s and at a good price too. Thanks for the video.

I’m actually shocked you reached 70 with the amount of people sitting at 50 MPH on major A & M roads these days.

This bike looks great, especially in the phantom black you have. I was looking at getting one, but unfortunately seen stuff about them having faults and their price depreciating rapidly off the dealership, which is a shame. Probably leaning more towards a Royal Enfield Hunter 350 (I know it's a lot smaller). Or the new Honda GB350s that's coming to the UK, that looks really nice! Just need something more fuel efficient for commuting to work. Currently have a '99 Bandit 600 and a Honda xl1000 varadero. The bandit doesn't like starting when it's near freezing and 6am bump starts down the street in the dark have lost their appeal! Also your thoughts on the DRZ400SM coming back to the UK in 2025 with fuel injection and some other changes.

My video on the new DR-Z4SM was uploaded to Patreon and KZbin members yesterday! Will be on here live to all in due course. 🙂

Nice bike! I almost went for one of these but first look told me that it was just a little too retro. I bought a Guzzi V7 850 instead. Ride safe 😀👍

Was that muddy lane plastered with litter on the verges. Looked disgusting. Nice looking bike that.

Pigeon house lane has always been a flytippers paradise, to the point that it gets less traffic so the road stays muddy.

Theres a huge split in the ranks over this quality is poor, and the aftermarket parts and servicing is dire Lot of the original gold star owners from the 60's hate this bike ridden both the old and the new one Prefer the old version and they hold their price your looking £16k for an old version Lucky if you get half your money back selling a new one Great review mate stay safe.

cant compare it to a fifties goldstar. I own both a fifties goldstar and a new one. horses for courses. I expect any modern to depreciate, and my old bikes to need lots of tlc

you could have ridden up to "loomies cafe" and see what other bikers think of the bike......
@spicy1102 ай бұрын
I do not go anywhere near loomies these days partly because the roads are ruined covered in average speed cameras.

Every bike has real character please explain what constitues character. Good character, bad character ?? Lazy KZbin reviewer speak.

How many bikes have you ridden? I'm currently at over 100 models ridden so I have a fair amount of comparison ability. It's a feeling you get from riding a bike, it's kinda how it responds to your riding. Some bikes have a voice, and some don't at all. Clearly different bikes talk to different people In different ways, ride enough bikes and you will get it.
