Yeah it’s kinda dumb that if AI releases a nation, all of the territory, including occupied territory, goes to that new nation. Doesn’t make sense that you can release a nation like that

@@SpikeTheWarHero Nope the British AI got a choice to release Sudan as a puppet which they chose yes to. All of the core Sudanese states in that event are then given to Sudan, even the enemy occupied areas

You'd need to retool for armoured warfare. Infantry can hold this forever, even with the Caucasus front. but you'd need an iron fist to smash through and create pockets. just my 2cents

My tip as a person who has played a ton of hoi and done a 60% of the achievements (including bad romence) if your a weaker minot nation and you know youll probably not have many cores go with 20 width infantry (purely infantry) with support companies and try and hold your lands while making tiny encircling movements around. I personally love using the right hand mass assault doctrine cause its not only useful as a Soviet player but 5.00% recruitable population is pretty nice.

Hey Alex, I just wanted to pop in to say you should take a look at Strategic Mind: Fight for Freedom on steam! Long story short, the dev posted on reddit about this game and I gave it a shot, it was great and I think it'd be something you would enjoy! It comes out in 9 days but the demo is there for you to play and it is really well done!

You should check out the hoi4 mod Star Wars palpatines gamble it’s very fun!! Also if you click on a port itself when you withdraw troops (like at Messina) you can get them out even when under attack

Yeah.... Italy joins the allies when they oppose the annexation of Austria, then instantly declare war on Germany on the side of the Allies (And yes they stay facist). Then again... that might be the '56 mod! Weirdly enough this this during my Pax Roma playthrough!
