I had to play the rest of the game like a tablet. I hope Nintendo or 2DBoy fixes the joycon problem... Update: Apparently, they did! I'm very late to the update; which also allowed for pro controller support!

PC version works perfectly fine, it might just be with the Switch port. They'll probably roll out an update soon.

It's impressive that someone with PRO on its channel title would be this bad at figuring stuff out. The game follows the exact same format as other Switch games, including first party like 3D All Stars, Skyward Sword HD and Pikmin 3 - motion for aiming, and a button for resetting said aim. The game clearly wants you to play with ONE Joycon per player, which it seems like you didn't figure out by the two pointers in your video! Plus, the Switch is seven years old at this point - the Joycon connectivity is KNOWINGLY bad. It absolutely sucks that you have to be THIS close to the console to track your motion, especially when the Wii Remote was so much better, but it is what it is - blame the hardware, not the console. The presevartion os pointer aiming through motion has been a saving grace for ports and sequel from Wii games that involved aiming. Spreading bullsiht like this is a disservice.

I have used joy-con motion controls before and they were never this bad. And of course I used the "reset aim" function. I've played the game after recording the video and it still has the same problems even with only one joy-con paired (although I didn't use two for this video, by the way, one of them was just sitting down or I briefly used it to test if my joy-con was broken). Also, you say the joycon connectivity is "knowingly bad" (it's usually not THIS bad, though) and "the wii remote was so much better" (which is *exactly what I said in the video*) then tell me not to "spread bullshit." Excuse me? You also said "blame the hardware, not the console." This is confusing. I never blamed the console or even the joy-cons (except to say the Wii Remote was much better). I blamed this game for, as @aaakkk112 described, being too sensitive (it could be something else, too, but that's his opinion). And I praised "Skyward Sword HD" in this video, so I never said it wasn't good that the joy-cons are used for Wii ports. It seems you didn't even watch the video, so you're the one spreading bullshit and that's a disservice to my channel and its audience. It seems like Nintendo first-party games that use joy-cons for pointing / motion gestures are fine, since Nintendo knows how to get the most out of its hardware. (The Wii Remote will, of course, always be better for motion controls though).
