For those wondering, the non-Atlantis piece at our gym is the seated row by Star Trac. Not sure if available by them anymore but it's a really solid piece!

As a Professional Powder Coater - Only Wiping your Steel with Thinners and blowing it down is not enough for adhesion and to even comply with the Powder Coating Life Expectancy. Every Bare Steel should be prepped by surface blasting then cleaned and powder coated. Not many People realize this But not Surface blasting you Steel prior to Powder Coating will half the life expectancy of the Powder Coating, Once the Surface is chipped it will flake off with no adhesion apart from being heated - It's like Painting without Primer.

That whole ethos of constant improvement, even down to the minute details again and again and again is so fulfilling. Its like Raymond took his experience from bodybuilding and applied it to this venture virtually on a one for one basis. It's something I really gel with. In my current job I made a lateral move in the company I'm working for to fill a role that had been previously vacant for a long time but it's absence was finally noted in the bottom line. Because of this I'm in the lucky position where I have no set of procedures and processes handed to me from the previous person. I get to look at problems, apply tentative solutions and constantly tweak and refine until the result is night and day different from when I first tackled it. When people talk about creativity, Atlantus actually does this in a way that's not abstract or hippy dippy for the average person, which is beautiful to see.

@leecourtney12252 жыл бұрын
Spot on I have the opposite in my gym. I'm a short arse and the footrest so far away to get a great stretch on seated rows I would have to total lock out my legs or even worse actually be on my toes. Would be so simple to have an adjustable foot rest 🤨
