I’m a few months away from my 30th birthday and every single thing here resonated with where I’m at as well 💕 Many of those lessons have been floating around in my circles too, and I get this overwhelming feeling of gratitude that as women we’re flying so high in this moment. you can't hate yourself into loving yourself is something that I really needed to hear, and it's now written in my journal many times! - I'm trying to practice treating myself with care and kindness, and pointing out things I do in my everyday that I'm so happy that I do. kind of like how we affirm kids when they do something good and encourage them to applaud for themselves! it matters! if I so deeply believe all the hateful things I've said to myself over the years, I'd like to think that one day I can believe the kind things I can say to myself too. thank you for sharing everything that you do - wishing you a joyful year that brings you things you didn't even know you needed! 🌱

There's a concept in my religion that speaks about the souls. When they were created they mingled. And souls that got along in that realm also get along when they come down to earth. I believe it's part of the reason you can meet someone and feel like you've known them for years. I get that feeling when I listen to you speak. P.S. I was in Krabi last year in March! OOOOO girl the way I am at my desk trying to hold it together 😭😭!! It doesn't help that my moon cycle is about to start so I'm extra emotional but I needed all of this!!! Today marks the start of the last 6 months of my 20s and January is my 30th bday and all the feels are hitting at once!
