Joey was the best drummer Slipknot ever had. They did him dirty kicking him out of the band through no fault of his own due to a serious medical condition that physically prevented him playing the drums. Joey lived and breathed Slipknot, they were never the same without him. Along with Dave Lombardo from Slayer, one of the absolute GOATs of heavy metal drummers. R.I.P. Joey, sadly missed but never forgotten.

I was at this show in Feb 2002 at London Docklands Arena. This was the opening track, you can see the curtain drop right as the video starts. I was right in front of clown too. One of the best shows I've ever been to. Taking both my daughters to see them at the O2 in December for the 25th anniversary tour. It's gonna be wild.

Joey jordison (drummer) rip. He was a awesome musician and played in and helped a lot of other bands. Check out murderdoll he is the guitar player in that band. Horror punk music. And Joey is one of the minds behind music and stuff with bassist Paul Gray, also rip. When they wasn’t in the band anymore the songs had no real magic in them. I did see them on this tour in January 24, 2002 (copenhagen, Denmark) and many times after. But the show in 2002 is still the show with most magic and energy. Paul and Joey was one of the founding members. Wiki dont get it right. Joey and Clown worked at a gas station and wanted to create a band.. and so on. Joey Jordison is also the creator of the iconic Slipknot ”S” that he did on his dads desk. Cool reaction as usual 🤘🤘 (check out avatar, you will like them i promise. Eagle has landed is a good ”first song” of theirs)
