Funny enough I've swept my balcony for the first time since I moved in, earlier in the year and put some biocide down. Sid (and Ben from Flawless Cleaning) were my inspiration. It's only about 4' X 6', so I haven't done you out of a job, but I would have loved it if someone else had done the work and made a better job than me. I always make a point of greeting anyone working in or around our block of flats

Well... High rise owners and tennants can be a handful. Rented two times in my life and that was enough. Got my own place since 2020 and while neighbours can and will be a nuisance, it's so much better for mental health than living in a high rise.

People love to complain. Where I live some of the roads have gotten really bad. I'm pretty sure the same people who were complaining about the driving conditions are the ones now complaining about detours due to the repaving job going on

This is a good "community" project, as sprucing this place up will affect a lot of people's morale. Glad you are working here. Can see the render, etc. needs brightening. What a gorgeous change on the ledge at 5:04. Like the creative solution of using a surface cleaner in a new way. 8:38, how excellent, clean and bright. Thank you very much to "PWS", for coming down to the site to do a repair. Thanks for the reminder you all needed prayers regarding the constant breakdown/trouble pattern. This is a fun job, not just the new things to figure out but also the variety. The stairwells were important, to prevent slips. It was nice to see the cobblestone work in the courtyard was meant to add a lot of colors to the area. 28:43, was that India Sandstone for an apartment building? Really am enjoying the improvements as you clean. At 32:34, the removal of things as exhaust and dust off the render, before cleaning, really shows. That parking was something else. Having worked in industrial automation and manufacturing, when working with high-pressure hoses they break. Sometimes the fittings place stress on hoses, and sometimes there are flaws in the windings in the lines. It's just a matter of dealing with pressure and moving fluids. Best to develop a method of repair and spare parts with common breaks. Farmers do this every day with hydraulics because crops wait for no one.

To build a business you have to be prepared for the un expected. Have spare parts, know how to fix your equipment, have enough equipment to do the job. Maybe routine maintenance schedule for all. Having an organized work vehicle really helps. All of these will help you meet your goals. Crack On!

For sure, we're learning slowly, weve done a lot of repairs on the fly recently but it seems like each thing we don't expect is the thing that takes us out. within a a year I think we'll have no need for a shop visit any more. I've been quite naive thinking just because somethings expensive it won't break, lesson learnt!

Often these places are not cleaned in a long time, the transformation is insane to watch, so mesmerizing to watch the real colors popup again. I just bought a new powerwasher, only to do the backgarden occasionaly, but its soooooo satisfying seeing the original color showing up when you take a way the dirt.

Feel your pain Sid on hose splits. Had a hose split on me the other day. Went to get it fixed only to return to job and got another split. New hose now fitted. Great job hope you get to clean it all now
