Technically there is a stamina system - it's the weird symbol above your health and mana bars. If you parry or dodge (with the dodge button) it will fill up and at max, you will drop your weapon if you try to parry again. Not sure if it affects anything else since dodge has a base cooldown anyway

It's more of a parry meter, but I get it. Theoretically you can run infinitely but with dodging and parrying not so much.

How is the weapon grip? I have the alpha access but kept dropping my weapons unless I kept a Death Grip on the Index controllers (we all know how fragile those controllers are). I stopped playing it cause I would die to any enemy as my weapons were not in my hands (skill issues). I hope they improved it in the release...

The quest version is a bit clunky, blocking doesn’t block all you can do is parry and even then it doesn’t work d neither does parrying with your sword sometimes as well

Why are people trying to describe every VR physics combat game, as a "Dark Soul" like game? Dark Souls like games take finesse, timing, timed dodges, and positioning to succeed. A Dark Souls like game punishes you for making mistakes, like constant attacking. No, this game is like Blade and Sorcery.

No, it’s definitely like Dark Souls more than BnS. You do have to dodge and be wary of your exhaustion meter so you don’t drop your weapons. It does have flaws and it’s not entirely there yet but definitely closer to DS.
