Great Video . . . Congratulations on the baby. I am a former NYC Paramedic and have taught Pediatric Emergencies at my hospital. For your first child and all newborns in the Family, it is better to place their car seat in the middle of the rear seats. God forbid if you get into an accident, the empty space flanking their car seat, would provide extra protection with respect to being farther away from a side impact. I responded to many car accidents involving children in car accidents in my career, and from my experience this tactic is ideal.

Pro tip: Freeze your green bananas for shakes, eat your cold potatoes with cold scrambled leftover eggs or hard boiled eggs and eat cold white rice with cold chicken if you like leftover Chinese food. All of this lowers the glycemic load and increases pre biotic fiber.

Love your work man! These meals look great and tasty. However, in order for this to work continuously, portion sizes should be precisely measured to make sure caloric deficit is created (if you want to lose fat like me). There are many online tools that can help people, if they are interested. I remember using meal plans from Next Level Diet when I started my weight loss journey and made solid progress, but more importantly I adopted healthy eating habits. Cheers!

Those are the exact eggs I eat myself, as well as the kefir (I like strawberry, blueberry, and mango flavors). They may be the most expensive eggs, but the texture of the egg white and the yolk flavor are worth every single penny. The Mother In Law kimchi is easily the best brand, and I can even taste the bubbling of the good bacteria in my mouth. Also the cabbage they use is nice and thick.

why do you take a multivitamin? there has pretty much been no evidence from every major study that they don't work unless you are malnutritioned or similar? eating be incredibly full nutrition slate that you have seems that you might just be wasting your money according to every hospital and University and lab study that I have read so far... I'm not saying I know everything I'm just saying that I have done a lot of research to see if I should spend my own money on it and have yet to find substantial evidence that they actually work. the old idea of well just in case just doesn't make sense to me anymore so I'm not currently using them. I think you're a channel is great and you are super impressive so would be cool if you can address this. Thank you so much!

does any one think copy trading is still a thing? i know it made a lot of easy millionaires when it was a trend some years back. when it was made especially popular by the concept of social trading in etoro. got me wondering if this method still works? my portfolio is drifting terribly far from safe waters lately. really looking for a lifeline
@travismitchell42092 жыл бұрын
what matters is not really the tech behind it but how you use it. 90% of all trades made by hedge funds and investment firms are traded algorithmically. it's just a tool or concept for high frequency trading on a lot of accounts concurrently

why don't you use etoro's social trading platform if you know about it already?

@@robertlambert1786 tried it and i do have my regrets. sure it has nice traders but i got burned a number of times due to their lack of consistency. it's more like a hub for one hit wonders. if you get lucky, you go green when you subscribe to a hot trader and then you lose all your profits the next week. the aim just got defeated for me
