1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
5.2 oz boursin garlic and herb cheese
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1-2 cups asparagus
1 onion
AP Seasoning, Lemon Bae, Garlic and Herb Seasoning
2-3 tbsps butter
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp garlic
1-2 tbsps flour
1- 1.5 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup fresh parsley

I had some leftover Boursin from your spaghetti and meatball recipe so this came just in time! I had most of the ingredients at home already which was perfect. MAN that sauce is so different but so delicious!! The Dijon is a nice surprise flavor wise, too. It was already good but then when you add the Boursin it becomes so creamy and takes the flavor up a notch. I actually love that you didn’t use heavy cream for this but it tastes like you did. I also don’t usually like warm tomatoes but these gave it the balance it needed. 5 ⭐️ meal that takes no time. Thanks again, you’re blessing our dinner table so much!

I got tired of cooking the same thing. So I decided to change it up tonight and try your recipe. I did a few tweaks I used broccoli and sun dried tomatoes. I’m that person that despises Dijon mustard however I decided to risk it and use it. When I tell you!!! This was bomb! My man loved it!!! @@countryboy8643 I didn’t not bake my chicken, I just prepared on stovetop and usefully thermometer to check internal temperature. Like you, I did not want to dry it out and the chicken breast weren’t that big.
