as a Muslim lives in Japan I would recommend to avoid this brand(Pasco) as it fall under doubtful meaning not sure if it's halal or haram but the manufacture said it MAY cross contamination with pig. But since you're not in Japan, your case might be different. Just for addition info thou. Also I recommend use Halal Japan for Muslim traveller who want to come to Japan. May Allah bless you all.

You can use any Texas toast if you can’t find it. The real key to the egg salad is the Kewpie mayo.

It's Japanese style milk bread or "shokupan" which you can find at Asian supermarkets and bakeries like 85° or Paris Baguette. DO NOT use Texas toast - which has a completely different texture and flavor. The key to Japanese egg sandos is the fluffy/creamy textures inside and out, not the Kewpie mayo.

@@Abdulla3868 you're welcome. I learned it by watching Dr.Berg. He talks about keto diet alot and diabetes. I had no idea what bad carbohydrates does to our bodies. Causing our blood sugar to raise and make us overeat. I'm still working on choosing healthy options.
