Back in northern California there's a great fishing spot called Elk Horn Slough and at the marina meets the Pacific we had a short version of your bridge for Hwy 1 to cross. My buddies and I were out fishing in high school and high tide was coming in and we almost ended up trapped on the slough side, however good ol' human enginuity....and panic (my buddy's boat happened to be his DADS!) We got on our backs and bench pressed and walked our hands the entire width of Highway 1!! Forgive the story but I always remember that day when you fish for the bridge giants! Great video Brant!
