If you consider she has 1M subscribers, even if a fraction of her audience buys it at release, she's doing well. Its a good start to selling several thousand cookbooks. It also depends on the how competitive the genre is. And also... Its over a week. If you sell a bunch within a week, more than your competition? You got it. Just depends if you think 1m followers are onto something by liking her recipes, or just like her generally.
