When I was 4 to 7, 8 years old I looked so cool l, like I woukd grow up to be a great looking guy but I look like a different person. I used to have a near symmetrical face but now my nose tilts from the right to the left, my lips tilt from the right to the left and my right eye is higher than my left. My lower jaw slides back and forward so I can make it look good but its kinda recessed even though I never mouth breathed, my lower lip doesn't line up with my upper, my jaw is narrow,, my cheekbones are flat and narrow, I can't build muscle, I gain fat easily, when I fully relax my eyes I have sceleral show, and slight negative cavil tilt in one eye and positive in the other, I have gynocomastia, live handles, always skinny fat, narrow jaw, receading hairline, tiny forearms,small pallete. But I'm almost 6 ft

Well, I guess I am lucky to say that I have a fiance who will stick by me even if I was disfigured. She stuck by me through homelessness and a coma. She even was married for 20 years and stuck by her ex husband through brain damage and other bodily injuries from a work accident until he died.

I've always slept on my back, arms parallel next to the body to remove their weight from my torso, both legs stretched, toes up. It's called a soldier sleeping position. Healthy for backbone, facial symmetry, good bloodflow and cardiovascular problems. Never sleep on your chest due to breathing lungs or with raised arms getting numb due to bad blood supply.

I got the asymmetry after mewing but my facial features improved at the same time. Not that long ago I started to press my tongue evenly on the palate. Although asymmetries affect your attractiveness, I think it’s not the number one factor, many good looking celebrities have asymmetrical faces and all of us do.

Yes harmony is more important than perfect symmetry. You can have perfect symmetry but if your eyes are too close/too far apart, weak bone structure, overly big/small nose than your symmetrical face won’t matter. Every single person has asymmetry to a degree and as long as it isn’t way out of normal range it’s not going to matter. Also, if you look at pictures of people edited to be 100% symmetrical (mirrored images of a half of a face) it looks really creepy and uncanny. I have a very strong bone structure but I noticed one side was slightly stronger than the other. I realized it was from me only chewing on one side. Now I chew on the other side more and it’s already basically evened out. Whatever side you chew on least will be the weaker side most likely, and if you switch to chewing on the weaker side it should even out.

@@sportler777 tbh I was overthinking, after i found out i had the same slight asymmetry when i was a child, i forgot about it. Mewing is just a proper tongue posture, it can't have a massive effect on your face that will lead to the extreme asymmetry, but make sure you position the tongue evenly.

Most asymmetries are skeletal ones like timothee chalamet, occulsal cants cause asymmetry too some cants can be fixed with braces and elastics other cases require jaw surgery

Im 15 and my face was symetcial several years ago but not the right right side is messed up, my nose tilts left, my lips tilt left and my right eye is higher up than my left eye making it look like the whole right side of my face is higher than the left or vise versa.
