Let's get floaty!! Am I right?! Adding 1-2# on your ankles will get your hip flexors & and on 🔥FIRE 🔥 But you can absolutely do this workout without any additional weight. Start where you are & build from there!! There's is no failing as long as you are TRYING & SHOWING UP!!
So all you need is your mat or a little space & the option of 1, 2 or 3# weights. I practiced with
2# weights but then did the video with 1# weights. Up to you & your preference.
