I went for a work medical and my blood pressure was 235/130. They put me on Ekg machine, found nothing abnormal, got blood tests which proved normal with a little higher cholesterol. My doctor asked me if I drank a lot of coffee, I said yes. He asked me to stop coffee and sugar for a fortnight and then come back before he advises further. Two weeks later it went from 235/130 to 170/117. Having no coffee. This current fortnight it's down to 140/93. Happy it's still dropping slowly. Good luck❤️. One love from Fiji.

How to Eat to Live came out in 1967. It says "eat 1 meal per day, or once every 24 hours". The meal should be eaten at the same time each day. This allows the stomach to rest & prevents toxins to build up in the blood. So fasting is not new. Lastly, a 2 to 3 day fast should be done monthly. The fast takes place the beginning of every month. Fast for 1 day for a few months. Then try 2 days. Finally when able try 3 straight days. This will help reduce illness along with eating good, healthy foods. Toxins are always present in fresh fruits, vegetables & herbs. Air, water, seeds & soil are polluted. So it's impossible to have pure foods even when we grow them ourselves.

Amazing video! Love it! Love it! Thank you very much! you have explained every thing in a simple language and people should understand and take care of their blood pressure slowly. It will take time but it will come down for sure. I am grateful to have this kind of knowledge from you Dr. Dazer. I should have watched your video earlier but I only found it today. Any way, I am already on a journey to lower my blood pressure naturally. It was last year when I had my blood pressure high 165/ 93 and it was taken in doctor's office. My doctor wanted to put me on medication for every thing. He can't believe that I got rid of graves disease and migraines naturally, without taking any medications. Now when they take blood pressure in the office, it's always high ( not too high) but high 145/ 86 but then my doctor gives a big lecture to me. I told him that I will not take any medication but try to reduce it with diet and life style but he thinks I will have a shorter life because of not getting any medication. I also told him, only God will take me when my time comes but no medication can save when it's my time to go. I believe in God and faith is what I am hanging on. It's all right if my life is short because I have lived a great life with my kids and they are grown ups and can take care of themselves. I am 66 and already eating good and am very healthy. I thing another month or two, my blood pressure will be normal. I am monitoring it now. They also told me to cook my meals without salt. I already have lowered my salt in take but I am not going to cook without salt. The only thing, I can't leave it completely is my tea that I take every day. ( only one cup in the morning) I used to take 2 to 3 cups and then I couldn't sleep well at night so I am taking one cup in the morning only. I am so happy to see this video.

@mangog8277 Hypothyroid can cause higher b.p. levels. Dr David Brownstein specializes in thyroid issues. I was hypothyroid and taking Armour Thyroid. He mentioned that taking 2 T of coconut oil, increasing Vit D (I think I increased to 10,000 units a day) plus going gluten free would help thyroid operate as it should. After 10 years of thyroid meds I was able to get off them. My thyroid now is normal. It took abt 6 months of doing those 3 things.. Going gluten free was difficult but not impossible. I wish I had know this before going on meds. Best wishes to you!

This is the first time I’ve seen on a health-related KZbin clip where someone recommends palm oil as a desired cooking oil. For a long time, palm oil has been demonized for its high saturated fat content. But recent research has thrown doubt on this verdict, and suggests that saturated fat is not necessarily detrimental to health. On the other hand, olive oil is thought by many to be heart-healthy because of its content of oleic acid, a monounsaturated fat. Palm oil contains about 40% oleic acid as well. It has a high smoke point and does not oxidize easily. When it comes to the environment, many people fault palm oil because forests are cleared for its planting. But let’s get real. Crops don’t grow in the desert or in the ocean. All crops grow in places where the native plants are already growing. The oil palm shows exceptional efficiency in oil production. If, say, we get rid of all oil palms and grow soy beans in its place for oil, about 8 to 10 times as much land has to be cleared to produce the same amount of oil. How can that be good for the environment? On the socio-economic front, because palm oil is relatively cheap, even the poor can afford it.

Do you have any cardiovascular disease? Try Magnesium Glycinate, Omega-3 ( fish oil), vitamin C vitamin D and CoQ10 ( Coenzyme 10) . Coenzyme 10 can be a game changer for you. Remember to monitor your blood pressure as you take the supplements. Signifucant results may take from 3weeks to 3 months .Good luck.

Unless there is something that I have missed or failed to understand, I couldn't figure out very clearly the relationship between High BP & Insulin in the blood/body or insulin resistance for that matter. Or it is not well explained as other issues in the video. To be very specific you mentioned how BP is caused (Stiffness & thickness of vessels walls making them elastic, & calcium), but you didn't tell us how these are caused by that insulin insensitivity. Not only that, you have not said anything about the plaque that forms in our vessels & how that can also be related to the insulin insensitivity. Na is also the other chemical element that is advised to be avoided, but you are not that much against it; and yet you advised us to avoid potassium rich foods like banana & potatoes (sweet or otherwise). Please if you can, address these issues. Everything else is wonderful.

I've been on carnivore diet for year and half. Lost close to 60 pounds. Cholesterol is very high since then. Over 400. Of course Dr wants to start statin. I refuse. I eat natural foods. Should I be concerned or try to lower cholesterol naturally. Thanks so much.

I will place more emphasis on how high are your trigliceridais? Those dense and molecules can be a problem.

Dr.Dazer 🎉🙏🏾👍🏾 Thank you for the B.P. video and how you explain everything. My cardiologist didn't do that 🤔. I've subed, signed up for your news letter, about to send this video to at least 5 people, and am going to watch it 5 more times while taking notes 📝 .
