Randy, I just watched a video by Hornet King. He's got a macro camera lens and made some incredible macro shots of yellow jackets and hornets. With your interest in photography, I think you'd really enjoy what he's doing.

I have no idea why the KZbin logarithm recommended your videos, but I had 20 minutes to kill and I watched. You are so educational! Before becoming addicted to Dirt Rooster vids all I knew about bees was they were annoying insects that could sting you. Oh, and they made honey. Now I see the beauty in some of the hives. I find myself thinking, wow, look at all that capped honey. I can tell drone brood from worker brood. In my weaker moments, I contemplate setting up a hive in the field. I have researched bee suits. You represent your hobby well!

Respect to yourself and those working on the job with you. Some questions from an "outsider"; I thought that bees had only sucking mouth parts, so how can they chew through insulation and rubber bands? Substances that dissolve matter? And wasps- what happens if you smoke a nest during a removal? Cheers from NZ.
