This recipe is over 100 years old, so a grandmother taught me how to cook.

This crunchy croissant recipe is one of the delicious and easy baking recipes with few ingredients.
In this issue I tell and show how to make croissants and puff pastry.
The main thing is to cook with joy and love!
Ingredients:
1 glass of warm milk (200 ml).
1 glass of warm water (200 ml).
Half a glass of oil (100 ml).
1 tablespoon of sugar (60 g).
Instant yeast (10 g).
Mix well.
Add 1 cup flour of total flour.
The total amount of flour is 5 cups (200 ml per 1 cup).
Mix well.
Cover and let rise for 15 minutes.
Add 1 egg white.
Gradually stir in the flour.
Add 1.5 teaspoons of salt (10 g).
Mix well.
Add the rest of the flour.
Knead the dough well until smooth.
Cover with a lid or cling film and set in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
The dough should double in size.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Put the dough on the table.
Repeat after me.
Divide the dough into 16 pieces.
Roll each piece of dough into a ball.
Roll out the dough as I show.
Repeat after me.
Lubricate the dough with butter.
Repeat this process with each piece of dough.
The process isn't quick, but the result is worth it!
I used 150g butter in total.
Place the dough in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Roll out the frozen dough.
Divide the dough into 16 pieces.
Roll up the dough as I show.
Place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Mix egg yolk with 1 tbsp water.
Brush the dough with egg.
Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.
Very pretty croissants!
The cooking process is long but very exciting!

Looks good!! I just made two ingredient fudge! One 16 oz jar of peanut butter and one tub of vanilla (for pb fudge) or one tub of chocolate icing. Open each & microwave for one minute. Each one for a minute then pour into an already greased bowl mix well quickly Then quickly pour the mixed ingredients into the cake pan and refrigerate for an hour. Best quick fudge ever!! Enjoy!
