Tuesdays with Dean, my favorite day of the week. I enjoyed this a lot but because of severe osteoarthritis in my wrist/thumb, I find side plank a little painful. Do you think it would help if I had my fists don instead of my palm? Thanks for all you do.

Hi, thanks for making this video. Small feedback; that personal course ad you put in the middle of the video just broke the flow. Although I understand that it's a way of promoting your product, you could do it in the beginning or in the end. That way, we'd be both happy :) I am particularly interested in your channel because you are a man doing yoga. I see very few men doing this practice (I practice in a studio) and I am glad to find you. Cheers!

Gotta set up ALL those cameras, make sure nobody is there but us... that would be a lot of effort. Hope it didn't detract from the workout, it's a cool photo we think.

Cat cows might not be good for your spine. Creates a round back.
