Its insane how listening to music can just send you back in time. At the time when this song was being played over the radio you don't think anymore of it but when you listen to it years later when you're older you appreciate the song so much.

I knew I'd miss the 90's even before they were gone. Something about that decade is just special. Perfect balance of information and technology with an understanding of nature and spirituality. And the music was incredible, for the most part. There were (as there always will be) some crap from back then as well, but all in all it's was a great decade for human enlightenment.

I heard this song for the 1st time when I visited California for the first time in 1994. In a rental car driving from San Diego to LA, during sunset. Fell in love with the song immediately because it made that moment perfect.

Her backing vocals are amazing. No one uses their backing harmonies and vocals like the cranberries. Every song is amazing. Been into them sense the 90s. That whole album is great. Another to look at is Animal Instinct. Gives a different feel.

I’ve listened to the cranberries since I was in elementary school. I remember the first time I heard them was in my friends’ mom’s car. She was taking us somewhere and had their cd in and I still listen to these old songs. She had an amazing voice. Zombie will always be my favorite.

I love this song! About 5 days ago I watched a reaction of Linger and the song just hooked me and I can't stop listening to it. This was the first song that Dolores ever wrote. When she joined the band, they gave her a tape of an instrumental and she went home and wrote the lyrics and added the melody. As they say, the rest is history.

I like most genres of music - as long as it's good. Love the Cranberries. When this song first hit the airwaves, I was mesmerized by Dolores's unique voice. "Linger" is a timeless classic. Love it still all of these years later. Peace!

This is one of my favorite songs by one of my favorite bands. I still remember the moment I heard it for the first time. It’s both angelic and haunting. I’d recommend Dreams if you haven’t heard it! Although it has been used in movies, so you’d probably recognize it.

Delores "O'rear-den" is how she pronounced it. She passed away in 2018. She was drinking wine in the bathtub and passed out and drowned. Daffodil Lament is a hidden gem by this band that gets widely overlooked.

The cranberries were an awesome group. They came out roughly around the time of the brit pop scene in the UK and always remind me of the mid nineties. Would love to hear your reactions to some of the songs from that era. Oasis, blur, pulp, suede, reef, kula shaker to name but a few.

Twenty-seven years later and I still think of my 1st college boyfriend every time I hear this song. Instantly transported back to the 90s. It was another world. If you haven’t already, you should react to Concrete Blonde. Different sound but phenomenal female lead, Johnette Napolitano. God Is A Bullet, Heal It Up, Bloodletting. They do a sublime cover of Leonard Cohen’s Everybody Knows.

Man. This one is always so difficult to listen to, more so after hearing about Dolores' passing. But I still love it, i love hearing it and i love hearing others enjoy it. Makes the pain a lot easier. I'm actually from Limerick, Ireland, where Dolores was from. They have a beautiful mural in the middle of the city dedicated to her. Should listen to "Dreams" next. Another classic.

Also, I think you’d like their songs “Dreams” and “Salvation”. They’re kinda entry-level, but that’s perfect for someone who doesn’t really know the band very well yet.

I forget sometimes that I am old enough to be your father twice over. Your reaction videos take me back to so awesome times. Around the same time that this song came out a song by Natalie Imbruglia called Torn came out they were playing them back to back over and over on the radio. My intro to punk rock was a band called Joy Division my favorite song that they did was called the Epileptic Dance, that was late 70's.

This song is for me a "madeleine de Proust" (something that remember you a moment in your past). I get their album Stars for my birthday in what, 2002 probably, alongside The Elder Scrolls III Morrowind. And I play this game with the Cranberries in album. That's why, everytime I heard Dolores' voice I remember me wandering in Vvardenfell instead of doing my homework. I was so happy to see the band in concert 10 years ago!
