There’s no new developments on the minotaur wall because it’s just the intersection between two mirrored textures. I’m sure there are dozens of others instances of this that nobody’s noticed yet across the game and thousands across other games too.

the tower lighted floor was confirmed on a Jagex live stream to be something scrapped that the developer who made tower of life was working on but never finished. it's not linked to any easter eggs or puzzles.
