You're absolutely right. For those who need clarity, Carmen is involved in a few of the scandals. She is on the board for Tiffany's now defunct charity. She is involved in the lawsuit from Gregory Kulis, the barber who was unable to renew his license due to alleged intimidation. And she voted in support of the mental health bill that would have put, I believe, 3 million dollars at Henyard's disposal. I don't think simply distancing herself from Henyard is really going to help her when action is finally taken. However, she might, at best, be used as a witness if she takes a plea deal.

Trustee Jones surprised us at the May 31st meeting with his speech. I was disappointed that he did not show his face to the public last night. He claims that someone from the administration called him to say that the meeting was canceled. Trustee Gray-Everett was also a no-show. The meeting had a quorum but was canceled without any reason given to the public.

Since the meeting was never called to order she must read the aplogy again at yhe next board meeting or have it published herself in the neighboring newspapers for it to be an official apology. Trustee Carlisle’s attitude and disposition got her in trouble, where she was forced to make an apology. I live in the suburbs outside of Washington DC and whenever I go downtown to handle my personal government business I fret it. The African American women are moody and very unprofessional. Our tax dollars pay their salaries and they’re to serve us. My tax dollars should not pay for them to give me attitude whenever I need services.
