3:15 Method Man Benching 3 plates and squatting below parallel. He could potentially come in first place in the masters division at a local powerlifting meet.

I love How He was subtle enough to not lose his job. A fair share of studios and TV network have confidential clause about the physical requirements of the role You are cast in, that would get You fired If you break them.

Remember guys you don't have to use gear to build yourself into the man you wanna be. Yes some bodybuilder us steroids, but if you use that to just prove a point on why you will never look like them, then you need to buck up and learn to workout for your benefit and not base your progress on others.

Recently switched gyms, which doesn’t have a smith machine. I’ve used nothing but a smith machine for benching the last 15 years of working out. Wow, talk about an eye opener when using a real bench…. Can’t lift anywhere close to what I was doing. Not that I’m lifting to be huge or for massive number goals, just can never look at a smith machine again! Is there a reason a personal trainer would encourage its use?
