I have that same light in black color for the last year. Very impressive. It is now my favorite EDC, so much power (and throw), on a small flashlight. I highly recommend it.

Good review! Thrunite is my favorite flashlight brand and TC15 my favorite Thrunite. I have one black and one MT Outsider(the model in this video). Perfect user interface and mode spacing. Personally I prefer traditional knurling and the pattern of TC15 unfortunately does not help enough for the grip with the black model and the light is a bit slippery. But MT Outsider with it's bronze(I think it's called desert tan) is not only better looking: the bronze colored surface is a bit matt and provides more friction so it's not slippery like the black model! I recently ordered another TC15 MT Outsider. Personally I prefer neutral white and when it's an option I always choose it. Therefore all my Thrunite flashlights and headlamps are in neutral white.

Can battery be overcharged? If leave on USB charger more than 3 hrs required to full charge the battery, is there risk of damaging battery or fire? If left on USB charger for 5hrs is that safe? If left on USB charger for 10 hrs is that safe? Will circuits in flashlight stop charging once battery is full?
@craigs71814 жыл бұрын
No risk of damage. It will stop charging once the battery is fully charged. The led in the switch will turn blue when fully charged. And it doesn't matter if you are using the protected battery that comes with it or an unprotected cell.

I hate my TC 15. The first one that arrived wouldn’t charge. Got a replacement one and the light acts like the battery needs to be charged everyday. My use was minimal. I replaced it with the Olight Baton Pro. I’ll give up 300 lumens for a flashlight that functions properly.
@travis43785 жыл бұрын
I dont know about the TC 15 as I dont have one, deal breaker for me on the baton pro was, you only get that 2k lumens for 1 minute......no thanks! Currently have the m2r warrior pro In desert tan. I like it, but this light is almost 1/3 of the cost. Decent deal if you ask me.

@chgofirefighter4 жыл бұрын
M2R doesn't hold a candle to the Fenix PD36R, had the M2R Pro and the Fenix, returned the Olight asap! Also, Olight has a plastic lens vs a real glass.. Lastly, the proprietary charging is not that great! So go ahead and pay "twice" the money but do your homework FIRST! I did!
