Le jour même j'ai bien pris Mes muscles étaient comme j'aime Mais je me suis aperçu qu'il fallait faire tous les jours les même exercices juste 1 série de 15 pour chaque Et au bout de 2semaines tu sens le corps changer Moi je prends de la protéine après avec 1 banane Mais je fais ça cool pas trop à fond sur les répétitions...... sinon je creve 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅👍👍👍👍👍👍 Bon courage à toi🙏🙏🙏🙏

@Jean Martin Oui à l'arrache et quand tu répète plusieurs fois par jours même que 3 exercices c suffisant..... question de temps 🥺le matin je consacre 20mn et le soir 30mn Pour moi c ok Bon courage à toi 👍👍👍

Bahahahaha jsuis mort, déjà de un il travaille pas toutes les parties du biceps + ça se voit à 1000km que t'es un débutant.... Renseigne toi, travaille plus humblement et trust the process (des résultats ne se font pas en une journée où qlq semaines)

Vu qu'on va progresser assez rapidement, je conseille d'acheter des haltères variables, soit avec un système de sélection automatique, soit une simple barre avec plusieurs sets de poids, genre 2,5, 1,25 et 0,5. Comme ça tu reste flexible.

ça travaille les fibres endurantes, certes ce n'est pas les plus volumineuse mais ça ne coute pas grand chose de les travailler.

C'est bien beau d'avoir du "ressenti" mais depuis quand faire de l'isometrie est efficace pour l'hypertrophie musculaire ? En plus ici tu ne bouge pas ton coude une seul fois alors que justement si tu veux des biceps développé dans leurs intégralités il faut chercher à travailler en accentuant le travail sur les différentes portions notamment en travaillant sur des angles différents (coudes en arrière du corps pour la longue portion etc).

@@iyajin8053 Wahou! Je ne sais plus laquelle c'était. En gros tu ne prends pas trop lourd et tu fais beaucoup de rep avec 2 exercices: curl marteau et curl biceps. Tu dois sentir chaque rep, faire un mouvement juste et efficace. J'utilise seulement les haltères de 4kg en tant que femme. Je pense que 8, 10kg pour un homme c'est suffisant pour faire une belle définition en travaillant en hypertrophie musculaire.😌

Tu peux commencer à partir du début de la puberté, veille à éviter les charges trop lourdes et fais bien les exercices, ne t'inquiètes pas ça ne va pas freiner ta croissance comme certaines personnes disent. En priorité je te conseille les exercice poids du corps, et en complément de la roue abdominale et des haltères légers.

Pourtant connaissance ≠ physique et ses annees d experience + son corps tel qu il est nous prouve qu il s y connait. Si il est tjrs dans le corssfit normal qu il n ait pas des bras enormes, bras et jambes enormes à part pour l esthetique ca a pas d interet ce qui compte c est la force et l endurance. Donc ton com est stupide

être sec et faire du curl marteau, tu peux aussi ajouter quelques exercices d'isolation des les avants bras comme tu curl inversé (tu curl mais la paume de ta main est vers le bas )

Si tu parle des compléments alimentaires, la quantité dépend seulement de ta masse corporelle mais j'ai pas les valeurs sous les yeux donc renseigne toi. Si tu parle des stéroides et autres produits anabolisants, je te conseille de ne jamais en prendre, c'est très mauvais pour la santé et ça va déséquilibrer tes hormones.

tu peux tu clique droit sur la video tu copie l url tu le colles sur un autre onglet et ensuite comme une video normal t arrive dessus et tu enregistre la video dans une playlist de ton choix

Tibo j’ai besoin d’un conseils je viens de commencer le sport il 2 semaine j’ai un ami qu’il a de l’expérience qu’il m’aide mais je tenez à demander je suis couvreur de métier je fait 1m87 pour 85 et je travaille 6h jusqu’à 18h je reviens je mange rapidement et je vais à salle sa dépend des fois ses 19h 20h ou 22h h23 je voudrais tu me donne des exercices pour le dos et pectoraux et aussi pour les jambes avec un conseil pour manger ont perdons du poids si tu peux m’aider merci d’avance j’espère tu compris le message 😂💪🏼

Salut Tibo, j'ai un gros problème, j'ai les hémorroïdes qui reviennent chaque fois que je force, mais j'entend partout que si on force pas assez on développe rien musculairement et j'aime forcer, mais ça me fais du mal, alors j'envisage d'arrêter peut-être alors que j'en suis qu'au début (environ 1 ans de pratique). Ma toubib me dis que c'est une fragilité que j'ai et que même une opération empêchera probablement pas que ça revienne Je voudrais ton avis, j'entend rarement parler de ce genre de problèmes qui serais plus fréquent qu'on le crois.

Tu es certain que ça a un rapport avec la muscu ? Perso j'avais ce problème avant mais c'est parcr que j'avais une mauvaise alimentation, trop salée, trop sucrée, trop grasse. Depuis que je suis dans le contrôle, que je ne mange plus entre les repas (ou des choses de qualité), que j'ai compris que le lait de vache bousillait ma fleur intestinale ça va mieux. Peut-être a tester, bon courage

@@AstroZophe Trop chère oui, trop chiant plus mitigé. Ce n'est pas normal que ta santé décline en t'ayant mis à la muscu, c'est le but opposé. Va voir ton médecin + un bon (coach) avant d'aller plus loin je pense

T’as un sacré physique bien propre mais les biceps c’est pas du tout ton point fort donc j’aurais plus tendance à t’écouter pour le dos, les abdos et les pecs plutôt que pour les biceps. 😂
