I think it would be awesome to have an upper body, arm focused challenge that really targets biceps and triceps 💪, as well as, a challenge for legs 🦵 and booty. But, you always come out with fun, creative, and amazing workouts so I look forward to what follows this challenge! ❤

Wow that's looking intense. I got a full ankle replacement so I don't bounce BUT I can just plank and do the last two and excited. I let my body rest 1 day a week so tomorrow I am excited to do day 4 & 5, woohoo. Ty Coach Greg 😁

Oh wow, that's intense! My arms just don't have much strength, but I got through it, adapted a little to fit my fitness level, and paused in between to change position and catch my breath. I hadn't been able to go for a walk this morning because of the rain and after church I ended up going to the store because the bananas I bought just a couple days ago, were all gone. So I did a walk after getting my boys to youth group, and then started this workout immediately after that. Day 4 is accomplished. And I'm getting more water now! Lol God bless you and keep you always coach Greg and Mere! 🙂

Coach Greg is good. For me, NOT ENOUGH TIME IN BETWEEN WORKOUTS TO GET INTO POSITION. I felt rushed but I did it.

This was tough for me with almost no rest in between. I definitely need to build up more stamina. The individual exercises are great so I just need to work on the routine as a whole. Thank you. My legs are not as strong as they should be

Put a fork in me. I'm done. Holy shikes lol. I had to stop half way through and then finish. I know it will be worth it though. I save the challenges in a folder so they are easily accesible. I may forget to put this one in 😂😂

Hey meredith, i like watching your videos. But is it possible intensing the workout with cuff weights? For example 1kg? I get sweaty, but I don't know how the effects will be. Do you have tips for me?

Sure, Ninaw! ❤️ Adding weight to your workout can definitely increase the intensity and challenge your muscles. Just make sure to start with a weight that feels comfortable and gradually increase as you get stronger. Also, remember to maintain proper form throughout the exercise to avoid injury. Keep it up! 💪😊

This was an intense workout, and I barely made it through. My legs are still shaky after a few hours. Is there an alternative for the last two moves for people with weak pelvic floors or prolapsed parts? TMI but at times it feels like things will just get pushed right out.

From 1:00 to 1:41 of the video, you'll see how coach Greg demonstrates some ways to perform them at a beginner level. ☺️ I hope that helps you get to follow the exercises. If not, you can do "Knee Tuck" for the "Leg Raises", and "Single-Leg Drop" for the "In and Out". 😉

Tough one so I had to modify : Plank Jack's became regular standing Jumping Jacks and Mountain Climbers became Standing High Knees. Heart rate is amazing!👙💖👙
