Dietitics student here, keto is usually used for epilesy patients. It has historically shown to be quite good at reducing seziures. A normal healthy person should not continually do keto diet for more than 1 month.

also keto doesn't just mean high fat and protein, you're supposed to eat veggies and fruit and a balanced diet. Keto only means NO sugar, NO carbs and no fried food, it's super simple just healthy food is expensive too. But people go overboard with it though.

I've had nutrition classes during college, I know a little bit of what I'm talking about and eating a lot of high-fat dairy products is the worst for a keto diet, but it's the easiest way if you're aiming to get a stroke.
