And mind you, you didn’t even view the watch is person, it is on different level of quality compared to the early junk 5kx watches. For the god sake you better view and hold it in person. I did. Oh yeah the Rolex sub I also view and hold it in person, it looks good but that’s all. You can glorify Rolex as a brand, but as watch enthusiasts we knew Rolex quality is just decent quality and nothing to shout of.

Just had mine delivered. Great watch, better in person as I was initially doubtful having owned a Seiko 5 SRPD63K. Stands out alot more on the NATO strap, but the black leather strap does give it a nice stealth look like a ninja.

To be honest I wear it occasionally because I have other watches so tend to just wind it up when I need it. Tried winding it every day for a while but still stops. I'm not sure about this 41 hour power reserve so yes a watch winder might be an option.

I love this watch I got two one for collecting one to wear be aware stains show easily on yellow so if your messy just stick to the leather I got an extra nato strap in just plain yellow to see if pretreatment helps but simple stuff like accidental ketchup or oil drips from checking oil stand out real bad if seiko made a black metal band like the 6139 with the weight reduction holes in black for this that would be awesome otherwise no problem even in rain just dried band to make sure colors didn’t bleed from leather to inside all was good

Not a Bruce Lee fan myself. Still, this is a great looking watch. I always like the combo of black with gold detailing (just look at the recent Doxa Sub 300β Sharkhunter!) but on that supplied BL jumpsuit yellow and black NATO, it looks absolutely stunning! To my eyes anyway. 15000 is not really a limited edition though 😆

On normal circumstances 15000 is not really limited edition yes, but this is Bruce Lee x Seiko collaboration we are talking here. Bruce lee is well known globally. Pretty sure this one would sell even better than Brian May. Now let's just hope they don't reissue another ugly version to ruin this one year later. 😊

@@derekg4425 That's weird. Never mentioned that entire brand whatsoever. I do own a Seiko 5 SRPD55K1, perhaps I am comparing it to this watch if i was doing a comparison. And I looked for this model and found it in tiny watchstore a little beat offpath in the centre of Turin as a displaymodel and I hammered that price down and the guy couldnt agree more. It's a great toolwatch and solid but a mass produced object that really doesn't hold value well in this market. And if I were to be doing that comparison to my watch I would still not buy the 750 dollar Bruce Lee homage version, firstly because I think it looks cheap, has a 400 premium that I really can't find (its blacked out, black oxide patina? and has, if im not mistaken rose gold -coloured- and not real rose gold hands etc) and a custom strap? Thats more likely to be 120-150 dollars or a little more but not +400+? And secondly :yes, the custom bezel so now thats pretty much rendered useless as one :/. Besides that this watch platform has a quite large watch modding community that can fabricate nicer examples of creativity in this direction. Im not saying Marcus made a bad video marketing this, but these points are kinda glanced over easily. U could get a Seiko Alpinist, a Tissot PRX 80, Maurice Lacroix Aikon, a Spinnaker Boettger, a Bulova Lunar Pilot, a nice Baltic Aquascaphe, a Zelos Swordfish, a Venezianico Nereide GMT, a Certina DS 8 Moonphase, a Longines Conquest, Alpina Startimer and if u add like 200 or a little more u are already in Doxa Sub 300 or Junghands Max Bill Handaufzug or even a Frederique Constant Classics index Automatic territory and I am prolly forgetting a ton of obvious pickks. And none of these is based on a 250 dollar watch that u can prolly get second hand for about 155-175 these days. Hence that is why I mostly find ,altho I like Bruce Lee and his yellow jumpsuite and a nicely crafted and presented promotional video, this concept and the pricing rather ridiculous. If it was 350-400 I'd understand. Since its 750 I do not.

Definitely much appropriate to honor this man who undeniably positively affected & changed the world. However, this was a lame tribute design. As a tribute watch, we want it to be more easily identifiable to the man it serves to honor. Not something too subtle that you will need to point out and explain much before anyone looking at it could understand. Sorry, i have a decent budget as a hardcore Bruce fan, BUT not buying this kind of a very weak almost laughable tribute design.
