I live in a country with a different language. Some years back, my English teacher at high school told us that foreigners are often much better at English grammar than people from English speaking countries themselves. I wonder if that might actually be true. By the way, personally I think that English is an extremely simple language to learn in comparison to other languages. Out of all I have ever encountered and studied, the grammar is by far the easiest.

With most of them you can see where the translation failed and what it probably should have been and that only makes it funnier 😆
@BonaparteBardithion2 жыл бұрын
The sentence is actually correct, just translated with the wrong context. The literal translation is roughly "Exit is not", and it could be interpreted as either "This is not an exit" or "There are no exits".

3:15 this is actually the correct translation, and yes, you should definitely be scared

Don't you just hate when you leave your face at home and then you go somewhere and they ask you to show your face Also I think cutting homeless people into 3 or 4 pieces is better than 2 pieces because they'd be easier to dispose of

I got a new phone and apparently the last owner used the number for things like Hotmail and Outlook so I get a lot of inappropriate texts and I can’t stop them. However, it is hilarious because there are plenty of stupid typos. For instance, “My boddy color is white.”

I suspect you may have missed the point at 5:27. "Just like grammar used to make" is punning on "synonym rolls" (cinnamon rolls)

Call me crazy or smth idc but isn't the caption for the sign at 3:18 a little disrespectful? At least they're trying. Learning English as another language is hard on its own, not to mention being away from family for so long.

As a former English major, I cringe when I see stuff like this. Now, a lot of what's shown here is obviously a foreigner's lack of knowledge; but there's no excuse for things like a giant John Deere sign near New Smyrna, FL. that read "Get near the dear."
