I just did the Mikko's Triangle workout (rower/ski erg/assault bike) and implemented these tips on all three. Thanks for putting this video out there and helping everyone to get better!

I am following you some time and I only can say again, that I love your dedication for sports, for your food, rather more to let us all know that it is not difficult to eat healthy and efficiently. Today I startet preping my meals that way I learned from your video sessions. Totally easy and efficient … it is awesome that you take us on a journey and be part of your daily routines, issues and so on. Also your clues regarding these cardio „machines“ is easy to understand and very valuable. That is how I would understand someone teaches you and not overcomplicating that much.
