You cannot really determine someone's personality based on their theriotype, but other than that, good vid! I'm not following most of these since my garden has almost no grass at all, I'm a vegetarian (I do have carnivore theriotypes and I'm completely fine with that!) and I currently have an injured wrist, so I cannot do quads :

absolutely respect you for going vegetarian, it's very good for you. I'd recommend cutting dairy out of your diet as well as it's pretty bad for you too. also yeah quads can be hard on your wrists, just make sure to stretch if you're not very experienced and ofc rest when needed

NOTE: MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A HEALTHY DIET!!!! you CAN eat more meat or berries or whatever your theriotype eats BUT make sure you also have a balanced human diet!!!! (not hate)

Actually meat doesn't supply any protein and is proven to increase depression (I can prove that myself) Any doctor will tell you otherwise because it makes those industries money. you only need fruits, vegetables, nuts, anything that's not meat or dairy.

I can prove that myself, ever since I started eating meat significantly less, whenever I eat meat again it completely drops my mood and I have much less energy.

there's evidence somewhere but i don't feel like looking up something that I already know. but of course, you're allowed to have your opinion. Feel free to look into it, I can assure you that it's true. I'm also less concerned about my health and more concerned about the sick way that meat and dairy is produced and it's just not right.
