no appetite gang!! 🥺 lol so happy you made this video. i’m 22 and really need to gain weight as i still weigh the same amount i did in high school. i’m the same way when it comes to stress and also sitting so much in quarantine i feel like made me lazier when it comes to eating so if i don’t plan i won’t eat! my goal is to gain at least 10 pounds so hopefully i can stay consistent and make it there! thx for sharing your journey and for the inspo. 💛

I struggled with this after my son. I nursed him for two years & he has the top 8 allergies & gluten is amongst that list so it was HARD transitioning and watching my body change. So this is some great information given🤎👏🏾

i can imagine because being gluten sensitive and intolerant to dairy is hard so I know vegan is even harder.

@@ElizabethRosette 120-130. But my goal is 120 in 3 months. I don't eat when I'm stressed/depressed and last week just a killer but I'm not going to have it stop me. Want to be slim thick for my bday. If I can pack a Lil extra for my Anni Feb 15 cool 😎

You’re so gorge 😍. Girl I’m about your height and I’m usually 105 all my life. I’m a mother of 4 and 37 years old. I recently lost weight because of my gut issues, I have severe acid reflux (GERD) and I’m down to 95 pounds ☹️. I would give anything to even be 129 like you were.

I’m the same girl when I stress I lose my appetite I don’t eat just out here dropping pounds like it’s a joke .😩 I’m the smallest I’ve been in years I’m basically back at my high-school weight at age 23 going on 24

I use to feel so bad cause I’m like most people opposite so they can’t relate 😩.I’m deffo going to try making this shake 😩we need a social media group or something for those joining this weight gain journey cause when u doing it on your own it’s so easy to fall off

@@Dejadiaries yesss for real! I know a quick way to get extra calories in is smoothies. I notice sometimes I don't have that "alert" to snack. But if I tell my self every 3 hrs.. Eventually my body gets used to it and it's not like a burden or struggle

I wish I had a problem gaining weight. Lol no I don't I wish I always tight and right. Im trying to loose weight and build muscle now. This covid lockdown led me 2 pack on some lbs. I was on a similar routine back in 2014 when I lost 50lbs but it crept back on last year. I've already lost 20 so what I'm doing is working just wish it didn't require such an effort.
